Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website to book a consultation, apply for a role, or pay an invoice.

Scope of service

Mayola Home Care Service of North Shore LLC provides non-medical home care support: companionship, personal care, medication reminders, mobility support, respite care, and specialized support. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on this website should be read as medical advice.

The specific services, hours, and rates for any individual are set out in a written service plan agreed with the family. Where those documents and this page differ, the signed service plan applies.

This website is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.

Using this website

Please use the site honestly and give accurate information on our forms. Do not send card details, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or access records that are not yours.

Payment

Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Card payments are handled entirely on our payment provider’s secure page; Mayola never sees or stores your card number. A receipt is emailed to the address you give at checkout.

If you choose to save a card for future invoices, you are authorising us to charge that card for invoices issued after that point. You can withdraw that authorisation at any time from your family account or by calling the office.

If something on an invoice looks wrong, call the office before paying and we will go through it with you line by line.

Cancellation and changes

Care consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time, at no charge, using the link in your confirmation email or by calling the office.

Cancellation terms for scheduled care visits are set out in your service plan. Please give the office as much notice as you can so we can support both your family and the caregiver.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Mayola Home Care is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
