Accessibility Statement
Families come to this site at difficult moments, often in a hurry. It should be usable whatever your sight, hearing, movement, or attention on the day.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this website. That means the site should work with a keyboard alone, with screen readers, at 400% zoom, and with reduced motion turned on.
What we have tested
- The homepage, including the services, dedication, and contact sections.
- The consultation booking calendar, including reschedule and cancel.
- The careers pages and the multi-step application form.
- Invoice lookup, the payment page, and the receipt and payment timeline.
- The site header, mobile menu, footer, and chat window.
Testing combines automated checks (axe-core, run against our payment and receipt timeline on every build) with manual keyboard and screen reader passes, and reflow checks at 320 pixels wide and 400% zoom.
Known limitations
- The card entry step is provided by our payment provider inside a secure frame. We do not control its markup, so we cannot guarantee its conformance.
- Receipts are provided as PDF documents. They are readable, but they have not been fully tagged for screen readers. Call us and we will read a receipt to you or send the detail as plain text.
- Some large data tables in the staff-only admin area scroll sideways on small screens.
- A small number of muted text colours in our brand palette sit close to the 4.5:1 contrast minimum on tinted backgrounds. These are on our list to correct.
